Lindsey is an international OD Consultant & Coach She particularly works in the areas of change, leadership, team and one-to-one coaching. Lindsey has a wide range of consulting and facilitation experience partnering with organisations and teams that need to become more effective in creating and delivering on strategy and enabling greater ownership of change.
She designs and delivers high impact interventions- from executive team facilitation to facilitating 400 people in the room, using participative approaches to bringing about change. She is an Ashridge-accredited coach and trusted thinking partner to CEOs, Partners, and Directors. Her work supports leaders to operate strategically across diverse contexts — often focusing on deepening self-awareness, enhancing executive presence, and navigating stakeholder relationships with greater impact.
Over the last 25 years she has combined her coaching and consulting career with a number of leadership roles, with P&L responsibilities at Ashridge Business School. Previously. she worked in leading consultancies in Europe, Southern Africa and the USA, having started her career as a Mechanical Engineer.
Lindsey works both within the UK and internationally in a number of sectors including financial services, technology, retail, professional services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, further education, health and the public sector. Recent clients include Carlyle, L1 Energy, PwC, Worldline, Grundfos, Hines, Haleon, Novartis, Bayer, and Ericsson. She is a mechanical engineer by training, and accredited Ashridge Executive Coach. She also holds an MSc in Responsibility in Business Practice.
