Hélène Casanova is a seasoned expert in organisational transformation, cultural change, and leadership development, with a distinctive background in finance that brings a data-driven, business-oriented approach to HR and OD strategy. With over 20 years of experience in global organisations, she has led large-scale change management, M&A integrations, and talent development initiatives across multiple industries.
Most recently as the Head of Organisation and Culture for Nexans, Hélène has played a pivotal role in embedding values-driven leadership, enhancing employee engagement, and shaping inclusive corporate cultures on a global scale.
Her strategic interventions in organisation design, workforce planning, and executive development have contributed to business success in complex, multinational environments. Prior to Nexans, she held senior HR and OD leadership roles at Lafarge Group, where she drove post-merger integrations, established leadership academies, and designed transformation programs impacting thousands of employees worldwide. Her ability to bridge financial acumen with human-centric leadership makes her a unique voice in the OD field.
Hélène is also an executive coach and organizational sociologist, a board member trained at Sciences Po, and an active contributor to OD and leadership networks. Passionate about talent acceleration and next-generation leadership, she mentors young entrepreneurs and future professionals through initiatives like Nos Quartiers ont du Talent or Live for Good.
