A consultant, facilitator, and team coach, he specialises in untangling organisational complexity, redesigning operating models, and enabling senior teams to perform at their best.

Tim is a skilled consultant, group facilitator, coach, and accomplished data-driven Organisational Design & Development leader with close to three decades of experience in FTSE Top 10 as well as high-growth global companies. Tim has operated as an internal organisational consultant and leader on numerous major change efforts over the years.

Lindsey is an international OD Consultant & Coach. She particularly works in the areas of change, leadership, team and one-to-one coaching. Lindsey has a wide range of consulting and facilitation experience partnering with organisations and teams that need to become more effective in creating and delivering on strategy and enabling greater ownership of change.

Hélène Casanova is a seasoned expert in organisational transformation, cultural change, and leadership development, with a distinctive background in finance that brings a data-driven, business-oriented approach to HR and OD strategy. She has led large-scale change management, M&A integrations, and talent development initiatives across multiple industries.

Sander van Muijen is a seasoned consultant in leadership & change, executive coach, senior leadership team coach, as well as researcher and lecturer. He specialises in top team effectiveness, adaptive leadership, and large-scale culture and change programs. His work blends organisational insight with deep personal inquiry.

Olivia specialises in organisational dynamics and leadership. She offers executive coaching, supervision, and exec team coaching.
