Andrew is a consultant, facilitator and coach with over 30 years of international experience, both as an internal and external consultant. He helps leaders design and develop their organisations strategically, specialising in leadership team facilitation, executive coaching, and participative organisational development.
His approach to organisation development is encapsulated by his belief that ‘effective and ethical change processes create space for people to participate, take responsibility, and co-create.’
Andrew’s diverse client base spans the private, public, and third sectors, with recent clients including Siemens, BP, GSK, the NHS, several UK government agencies, leading universities, and renowned organisations such as Blue Cross, Cancer Research UK, and multiple UN agencies.
A Chartered Psychologist, Andrew holds Doctorates in both Occupational Psychology and Counselling Psychology/Psychotherapy. He is also an accredited executive coach with professional training in organisation design, team facilitation, consulting, and group dynamics. In addition to his consulting work, he previously led Ashridge Business School’s Organization Development practice and managed Ford Motor Car’s European OD team.
Andrew is a seasoned researcher with published work in executive coaching, leadership, and organizational change. He has taught on the Ashridge Master’s programs in Organizational Change and Executive Coaching and continues to contribute to the academic and professional development of leaders worldwide.
Andrew speaks intermediate Greek and lives in London with his wife, daughter, and son.
